Meaning of "Om"
Om is a sound and symbol, rich in meaning and depth, often chanted during yoga classes. It appears at the beginning and end of most Sanskrit prayers (Sanskrit is one of the oldest known written languages on Earth which originated in India). In Sanskrit, Om is described as a mystic syllable, considered the most sacred mantra.
The Sanskrit Tablets tell an encoded story of creation.
